This summer has been all about summer salads. Whether it’s at a family BBQ, on the beach, at the pool, eating in the car, on-the-go - we’ve been making fruit salads all summer!
We’re sharing some of our favorite summer salads that have few ingredients, will take about five minutes to make, and are absolutely delicious and refreshing!
Mango Pomegranate Salad
Cut up some Mango.
Add some Pomegranate arils.
Chop some mint leaves.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Pineapple Fruit Salad
Slice a Pineapple in half. Make sure the green stem is on top.
Hollow out both sides of the Pineapple.
Slice the Pineapple into desired size(s).
Add other fruit of choice (we used Kiwi, Strawberries and Blueberries).
Place the fruit into the Pineapple (with the green stem).
Cut the watermelon in half.
Scoop out half of the watermelon.
Dice up the watermelon.
Put the diced watermelon into the hollowed out watermelon.
Sprinkle ¼ cup of feta cheese.
Add ¼ of Kalamata olives (for smaller pieces, cut the olives in half).
