Individual Portion Food & Fun Ideas For Halloween!

Updated: Oct 29, 2020

Whether you're having a mini party or want to make the most out of this year's unique Halloween, we've got you covered! Check out all our individual-sized portions of food, snacks, and fun ideas! It's the perfect way to stay safe and healthy this Halloween and our tips are CDC-approved!

Whether you're handing out candy to trick-or-treaters or handing it out among friends and family, put the candy in an individual portioned bag.

Make a bento box. All you need is a portable, plastic to-go box and fill it up with your favorite snacks. Check out our blog post on Halloween Bento Boxes - 3 Ways for more information.

Make a spooky pudding cup! Using Snack Pack Vanilla Pudding, a creme filled cookie, pretzel sticks, and edible eyes, make a spider and put it on top of the pudding. It makes for a spooky quick individual snack!

If you’re hosting an outdoor movie night or just craving popcorn, fill a plastic popcorn box (or any box) with popcorn and any other snacks! We pair our popcorn with pretzels, s’mores chocolate mix, pretzels, pumpkin gummies, candy corn, etc.

Similar to the popcorn, if you want a mix of Halloween-themed candy just put them in a portable plastic container! You can mix and match whichever candies or gummies you like!

In mini cauldrons, add any bite-sized snacks! We made some with Trader Joe's Crispy Green Peas and Jack Link's Beef Jerky. You can't add a whole lot into these mini cauldrons but they're super cute!

If you want to add some appetizers in the cauldrons, we served guacamole! Want more variety? You can also make a spooky single serve 5-layer dip with spider webs. To pair with your mini cauldron dip , add your favorite chips like Fritos or DIY Tortilla Chips. Don't forget, everything should be in individual servings, so serve your chips in bento boxes!

Hosting a small party? Make all these ideas into a platter! Add all the individual portioned food onto a Halloween platter or Halloween-decorated table.

It's not food but it's a craft bucket! In a bucket, hand out Halloween crafts, stickers, fangs, puzzles, Halloween-colored Play-Doh, and any other Halloween-themed items. It gives kids something fun to do and is super inexpensive!

If you're having a party or looking for something unique to hand out to trick-or-treaters, make mini Mummy hand sanitizers! All you need are mini bottles of hand sanitizer, gauze, and eyes.

Stay safe and have a happy Halloween! If you use any of these ideas, tag us on Instagram @limorloves!
