DIY Halloween Tortilla Chips

Halloween doesn't have to only be about candy! You can make (and buy) healthier alternatives to snack on that will still have a spooky twist.

Things you'll need:

Halloween cut outs (Ghost, Frankenstein, Bone, Coffin, Pumpkin, etc)

Tortilla wraps of your preference

Any toppings / sauce you desire

Baking sheet

Salt

Baking Tortillas:

  1. Cut them into the desired shapes

  2. Once cut, place them on a baking sheet

  3. Spray with cooking oil

  4. Sprinkle some salt on top

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-15 minutes, or until desired cripsy-ness is achieved

We like to serve our tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole on the side! Some other options could include: Queso, Pico de Gallo, Hummus, Olive Tapenade, Five or Seven-Layer Dip.

If you want to turn these tortilla chips into Nachos, before baking them add your desired toppings such as cheese, ground beef, refried beans, corn, tomatoes, olives, and anything else you'd like!
