Easy Roasted Potatoes!

A side dish of potatoes is alway the perfect pairing for dinner! We're sharing the most delicious and easiest recipe that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner!

Ingredients:

1 5lb bag of red potatoes

Morton Salt coarse kosher salt

McCormick spice Black Pepper

Fresh chopped Garlic or Knorr onion soup mix

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How to make:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Scrub, wash and dry the red potatoes.

Cube the red potatoes into fairly big bite sized pieces.

Place them in a large enough pan - so they all have room to move around. Note: If they’re too bunched up they won’t get crispy.

In a separate bowl, add about 1/4 olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper and garlic (or onion soup mix packet).

Mix it all up then pour onto the potatoes so they are nice and coated.

Side note: We like to put it all in a bowl before pouring onto the potatoes because you can taste the olive oil mixture and see if it would need more salt/pepper/garlic etc.

Bake for about 45 min, mixing half way through with a silicone spatula.

Serve and enjoy!
