The cutest way to get into the Easter spirit is to make these Easter bunny cupcakes! They're super easy to make and delish!
What You'll Need:
Marshmallows
Mini Chocolate Chips (or edible eyes)
Pink Sprinkles
White Frosting
Pink Frosting (mix a few drops of red food coloring and white frosting)
Black Icing
White Cupcake Mix
How To Make:
Follow the instructions on the box for the white cupcake recipe.
Once the cupcakes are cooled, ice them with the white icing.
Cut a marshmallow in half, diagonally, to make the 'ears.'
Spread pink icing onto each 'ear.'
Then place the ears on the cupcake.
Decorate your cupcake using two mini chocolate chips for eyes (or if you have edible eyes).
A dash of pink sprinkles (or pink icing) for the nose.
Under the pink dot of a nose, with black icing add a mouth.
Serve and enjoy!
