They're spooky, they're creepy, they're googly - they're Zombie Eye Meatballs! So yummy, scary, and easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
1 large Egg
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of Parsley
1 teaspoon dried Basil
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1 pound lean Ground Beef
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Green Olives
Red Pepper
How To Make:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk together Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, basil, and oregano.
Fold in ground beef and mix with your hands, until blended.
Form equal-sized meatballs, can use a cookie scoop or by hands.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat. Place the meatballs and let them cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until a nice golden brown color.
Transfer the cooked meatballs to a baking sheet, using tongs.
While the meatballs bake, for about 15 minutes, slice the green olives super thin.
Then take your pepper and slice it small enough that it will fit into the hole in the green olive. This will serve as your eye.
After 15 minutes, or the meatballs are cooked to your liking, remove them from the oven. Set aside to cool. Add the 'eyes' to the meatballs and press them down a bit. Only slightly, so that they will stick to the meatball but the shape will still be circular.
