National Wellness Month is August, and all throughout the month we shared our favorite wellness and self-care tips and products. Just because August is almost over, doesn’t mean your wellness journey should be over!
Your mental, physical, and emotional health are always so incredibly important. Whether it’s five minutes or taking the whole day off to do some self-care - any amount of time for you will be worth it.
We’ve shared a few posts all month but these are some of the tips and products we used throughout the month:
Getting a plant. It’s been scientifically proven that plants enhance oxygen in a room. There’s also something strangely comforting knowing that there’s a plant in your room. I have four sitting on my windowsill.
Meditating. Even if it’s just for five minutes, meditating will decrease your stress levels and help promote self-awareness and focusing on the present. After you meditate you’ll feel a sense of relief, like you can conquer anything!
Don’t Check Social Media. Let’s face it, we all need a social media detox sometimes. Whether it’s an hour or a week, it’s good to turn it off and focus on yourself.
Aromatherapy Diffuser & Essential Oil Set. According to scientific studies, some essential oils have the ability to interact with the brain and nervous system to impact mood and health. Lavender essential oils reduce anxiety and help with sleep. On top of the health benefits, it will also leave your home smelling great!
