Turkey Bacon & Egg Cups!

If you're looking for a low-carb breakfast recipe that's delish and quick and easy, we've got you covered! These Turkey Bacon & Egg cups are our go-to!

You can use bacon, Turkey bacon, Canadian bacon or any other breakfast meat.



Things You Need:

  • Muffin Tin

  • Turkey Bacon

  • Eggs

  • Salt

  • Pepper


How To Make:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray the muffin tins with a cooking spray.

  3. Wrap a slice or two of turkey bacon around the inside of each muffin tin.

  4. Crack an egg into each tin.

  5. Add salt and pepper.

  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes.

  7. Serve and enjoy!


If you're using egg whites, instead of cracking the egg into the muffin tin, you'll want to use a separate bowl to mix the egg whites and then pour it into the muffin tin.
