You can use bacon, Turkey bacon, Canadian bacon or any other breakfast meat.

How To Make:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Spray the muffin tins with a cooking spray.
Wrap a slice or two of turkey bacon around the inside of each muffin tin.
Crack an egg into each tin.
Add salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-35 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
If you're using egg whites, instead of cracking the egg into the muffin tin, you'll want to use a separate bowl to mix the egg whites and then pour it into the muffin tin.
