Tofu Skewers With Peanut Satay Sauce

Ingredients:

House Food’s Organic Tofu

½ cup of Peanut Butter

⅓ cup of warm water

2 tbsp of Tamari

2 tbsp of Sukrin’s syrup (similar to a maple syrup but has 20g of fiber)

1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

How To Cook:

Tofu:

Cook the Tofu in a grill pan with a sprinkle of olive oil, salt and pepper.

When the Tofu is a dark shade of yellow, it’s ready to be flipped.

Cook the Tofu on the other side until it is the same dark shade of yellow.

Satay Sauce:

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them together until you get a semi-thick sauce.

Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

You can add the Satay sauce directly on top of the Tofu, mix it together in a bowl, or serve on the side. Whichever you prefer! Either way, it’s ready to be enjoyed!

Only 2 tbsp of the sauce has 4 net carbs, making this recipe filled with protein and fiber. Not to mention, it’s super easy.
