January 1st is National Bloody Mary Day! We have to share our favorite recipe, to celebrate! Bloody Mary's are a classic brunch staple, so even if you're brunching at home you can enjoy this recipe!
3 cups of tomato juice
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
3/4 teaspoon of celery salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2cup of pickle juice
1.5 ounces of vodka, per drink
Any of your favorite veggies (like celery)
Pickled Bean Pickled Okra
How To Make:
In a blender combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pickle juice, and hot sauce and process until smooth.
Transfer to a nonreactive container and add celery salt and black pepper, to taste.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
When ready to serve, fill each glass with ice and pour the mix in!
Then add all the garnishes and enjoy!
