Strawberry Basil Dessert Pizza

Whoever said Pizza has to be tomato sauced based? We made a dessert pizza that's too good not to share! This Grilled Strawberry Basil Dessert Pizza is so delicious, you'll be making more than once!


  • PAM® Grilling Spray

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled, quartered

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil

  • 1 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) ready to bake pizza dough

How To Make:

  1. Spray cold grates of gas grill with grilling spray.

  2. Preheat grill for medium-low heat.

  3. In medium bowl, gently stir together strawberries, honey, sugar and basil. Cover and set aside.

  4. In small bowl, stir together cream cheese and Reddi-wip; set aside.

  5. Spray rimless baking sheet or pizza pan with grilling spray.

  6. Roll dough in a 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.

  7. Carefully transfer dough to baking sheet and then directly onto grill grates.

  8. Grill dough about 2 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.

  9. Spread grilled crust evenly with cheese mixture.

  10. Top with strawberries.

  11. Serve with additional Reddi-wip, if desired.

  12. Enjoy!

If you're craving it to be even more sweeter, instead of cream cheese, you could add Nutella or a chocolate sauce.
