A fun take on a traditional chicken salad that's perfect for game day!

Ingredients:
Athens Phyllo Shells
Chopped or shredded chicken
Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayonnaise
Scallions
Optional: Avocado, cucumber, and/or sesame seeds
How To Make:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, add the chicken and the Sriracha Mayo. Mix together until the chicken is evenly covered.
Optional: Add any other ingredients you'd like, such as avocado, cucumber, and/or sesame seeds.
Add the mixture into the phyllo shells.
Put the filled shells on a baking tray.
Place in the oven and cook for 5-10 minutes, or until crispy-ness desired is achieved.
In the meantime, chop small scallions and set aside.
Once the shells are done baking, take them out of the oven and add the chopped scallions on top.
Serve and enjoy!
