'Sau'sage', Egg, Spinach, & Feta 'Muffins'

We love a good Gardein 'Sau'sage', Egg, Spinach, & Feta wrap but sometimes we don't have enough time to make breakfast or want something low carb. You can even store these bite sized egg muffins in the freezer for another morning!


Muffin Tin

Pam Cooking Spray

4 cups of Gardein 'Sau'sage' Patties

2 Cups of Egg Beaters

1 cup of Spinach

1/3 cup of Feta Cheese

How To Make:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Spray the Pam cooking spray on the muffin tin.

Fill the Egg Beaters into the muffin tin half-full so it doesn't spill over.

Chop the Gardein 'Sau'sage' Patties into tiny pieces. Place in the muffin tins. Wash and dry the spinach. Then chop it into small pieces. Add them to the muffin tins.

Place the crumbled Feta cheese on top.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy!

We use Egg Beaters for this recipe because they are a convenient way to eat well with 5 grams of protein per serving and half the calories of shell eggs!
