Overnight oats are always a great meal for when you're in a rush in the morning. All you need is about 10 minutes at night and then you're all set!

Ingredients:
Jar or 12 oz glass
Old fashioned oats
Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk
Pumpkin Puree
Monk Fruit
Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
How To Make:
In the jar or 12oz glass, mix the old fashioned oats and Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk together.
In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, monk fruit, and pumpkin spice seasoning together.
Place this mixture on top of your oats .
Stick the jar or 12oz glass in the fridge overnight! In the morning, add some roasted pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
Our favorite pumpkin seeds are from Trader Joe's but stock up as soon as you can because they sell out fast!
