This recipe is on the back of the pulled pork seasoning pack from mccormick.
WHAT YOU NEED:
2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
HOW TO MAKE:
ADD CHICKEN INTO A SLOW COOKER
MIX ALL OF THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR ON TOP OF CHICKEN
COOK ON HIGH FOR 2.5 HOURS
SHRED CHICKEN USING TWO FORKS (EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE SLOW COOKER)
SERVE ON A MINI BUN AND WITH COLE SLAW
