Pomegranate Bruschetta Bites

We're sharing a new twist on a classic Bruschetta recipe!



Things You'll Need:

  • Sourdough Bread

  • Pom Pom Pomegranate arils

  • POM Syrup (Pom juice and some sugar)

  • Fresh Mozzarella

  • Black Pepper

  • Olive Oil

  • Basil

  • Salt


How To Make It :


For the Pom Syrup:

  1. Combine the pomegranate juice and sugar together in a pot.

  2. Reduce the heat, stirring occasionally. Make sure if has a thick consistency.

For Bruschetta:

  1. Cut your sourdough bread into a bit bigger than bite-sized pieces.

  2. Drizzle some olive oil on both sides of the bread.

  3. Heat (or grill) the bread until it's crispy.

  4. While your bread is heating, prepare the pomegranate arils, if necessary.

  5. Cut the mozzarella into bite sized pieces.

  6. Season the cut mozzarella with salt and black pepper.

  7. Drizzle the mozzarella with a tiny bit of olive oil and the POM syrup, mixing all together.

  8. Once the bread is cooked to your liking, add a piece of the mozzarella on top.

  9. Then add some pomegranate arils on top.

  10. Garnish with some basil.

  11. Serve and enjoy!
