Pomegranate Brie Bites

We recently shared Cranberry Brie Bites, now we're here to share a slight alternative - Pomegranate Brie Bites! Still just as easy and yummy!

Things You'll Need:

Athen's Mini Phyllo Shells

Smucker's Triple Berry Fruit Honey (or any flavor you like)

Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Arils

Brie

How To Make:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cut your Brie into little bite sized pieces.

  3. Place your phyllo shells on a tray.

  4. Add a layer of the Tripe Berry fruit honey into each shell.

  5. Then add the Brie pieces into the phyllo shells.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.

  7. Add the Pomegranate arils on top.

  8. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: If you don't want to place the fruit honey on the bottom of the phyllo shell, all you have to do is skip that step and add the honey once the shells are out of the oven!
