Jalapeno Popper Dip

My friend Mari posted this on her facebook page a few years ago and I've made this so many times since! I love jalapeno poppers and this is literally the best dip! Perfect for game day or really any party you're having!

Jalapeno (Crackapeno) Popper Dip

Ingredients 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese (room temperature) 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup cheddar (or whatever you like best) cheese (grated) 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano 1 16 ounce jar/can sliced jalapeño peppers (drained, but some juice is ok)

Crust Topping 1 cup panko bread crumbs (chunky, Japanese-style) 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano 1/2 stick butter (melted)

Directions 1. Mix the cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese, parm cheese and jalapeños in a bowl and pour into a baking dish. 2. Mix the panko bread crumbs, parm cheese and melted butter and spread over the dip. 3. Bake in a 375F oven until bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 10-20 min.
