Tahini bread! It’s high in protein and very low carb! (Almost negative carbs bc the fiber negates it)
So, how do we make it?
What you need:
12 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
2 tbsp baking powder
you can add some honey or pink Himalayan sea salt but I decided to keep it simple
How to make
Crack eggs in bowl, add tbsp of tahini and the baking powder, mix it all together!
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min! (Or until center is completely dry.
What does it taste like?
It’s moist and doesn’t taste like much but it def feels like you’re eating bread. I had as an open face steak sandwich and it was delish! (That recipe in another post!)
I did some rough math and each slice is about 100 calories, 10g protein, 1 carb and 1 fiber
