I WOULD LIKELY MAKE A FEW AS A CENTERPIECE AND ADD TRADITIONAL DEVILED EGGS AROUND IT.
HOW TO MAKE:
-HARD BOIL EGGS (I LIKE TO USE THE DASH EGG MAKER)
-PLACE THE EGGS IN ICE COLD WATER, AND PEEL THE EGGS
-IF YOU ARE STANDING THE EGGS UP, SLICE A BIT OFF THE BOTTOM SO THE CHICKS CAN STAND, IF YOU'RE USING AN EGG CRATE YOU DON'T NEED
- SLICE THE HARD BOILED EGG ABOUT 3/4 OF THE WAY TOWARDS THE TOP SO YOU HAVE A NICE CLEAN OPENING
-SCOOP OUT YOLK, PLACE IN A BOWL
-IF YOU HAVE LEFTOVER EGG WHITES, THROW THEM IN WITH THE YOLK (SHHH)
-MIX IN MAYO AND SALT TO THE YOLKS SMASH THEM ALL TOGETHER
-PLACE HOLLOWED EGGS ONTO THE EGG CRATE
-PIPE IN THE YOLK MIXTURE WITH A ZIP LOCK BAG
-ADD CAPERS FOR THE EYES
-CARROTS FOR THE BEAK
