How To Make Burger & Fries Cookies

Whether it's for a party, summer BBQ, or just because you want to get creative, we're sharing our recipe on how to make Burger and french fry shaped cookies. They're almost as good as a regular burger & fries!

What you’ll need:

  • Nilla wafers

  • Dark chocolate melts

  • Red icing

  • Yellow icing

  • Shredded coconut

  • Green food coloring

  • Parchment paper

  • Mangos (or pound cake as a substitute)

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate melts in microwave or a small slow cooker.

  2. Dip wafers in melted chocolate.

  3. Lay chocolate-covered wafers flat on parchment paper.

  4. Put in the fridge to harden — about 10 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, mix shredded coconut and green food coloring until the coconut turns the color of lettuce.

  6. Once the chocolate-covered wafer has hardened, lay out one plain wafer and add the chocolate covered wafer on top.

  7. Add some of the green shredded coconut.

  8. Add red and yellow icing.

  9. Cover with another wafer.

  10. Slice up mango to look like french fries. If you're using pound cake, slice up the pound cake to look like fries.

  11. Place on checkered red and white paper to look like a burger & fries.

  12. If you used pound cake for fries, drizzle red icing to look like ketchup over your fries. If you're using mango, you could still do red icing but it might not taste as sweet.

  13. Serve and enjoy!
