Healthy Jalapeño Poppers

These cheesey, ooey-gooey poppers will be your next favorite appetizer to serve! They're also a healthier option for your guests!

Ingredients:

Gloves (weird but you'll thank us later!)

Jalapeño Peppers

Ricotta Cheese

Cheddar Cheese


How To Make:

Put your gloves on.

Slice the Jalapeño peppers in half, on the long side.

Deseed the Jalapeño peppers.

Add ricotta cheese until it reaches the top.

Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melty.

Before serving, let it sit for five minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
