Halloween is all about spooky and sweets! We're sharing a spooky twist on a sweet treat- ice cream sandwiches!
Ingredients:
Sugar cookies (baked or store-bought)
Halloween colored frosting (or white with food coloring)
Small tube of icing (black usually works best)
Hard ice cream of your choice
Edible eyeballs
How To Make:
If using fresh sugar cookies, bake as directed.
Fill in the top of the sugar cookies with frosting.
Use icing tube to decorate monsters. Let the designs harden.
Add 1 scoop of ice cream to non-frosted sugar cookies.
Press decorated cookie on top to create an ice cream sandwich.
Serve and Enjoy!
