Essentials For Your Beach Bag

If you're spending a day at the beach, we're rounding up some essentials you need in your bag!

Sunscreen

You should always be wearing sunscreen and re-applying it at least every two hours. But you also need to apply it 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.

Really good sunscreens are water and sweat-resistant, fast absorbing, and have a minimum of SPF30.

Bug Spray

You might overlook this one but it will save you from those pesky bugs! Especially if you have little kids and want to stay outdoors all day.

Cooling Cloths

These are so underrated but great! When the heat gets to be too much and you're overheating or sweating, just grab a cooling body cloth and it'll cool you down. They're machine washable and reusable!

Bling

Wearing jewelry to the beach can be tricky. If you want some bling but not actual jewels, try flash tattoos! They'll last a few days and you'll looked glammed up and you can mix and match any design you like!

Post Beach Items:

Dry Shampoo

Get a dry shampoo! It's perfect for if you love the beachy waves you get from ocean water but not the smell. Dry shampoo will preserve your waves while leaving your hair clean and smelling fresh.

Hydrate after the beach

Grab a mineral water spritz to instantly hydrate and leave your skin feeling fresh!

Moisturizer

Don't forget your favorite moisturizer so you don't feel sticky after the beach!
