Melt chocolate melts. You can get creative with red, pink, white, and dark or milk chocolate melts. Then, place the melted chocolate in a heart shaped pan.
Go crazy and decorate! Go all out with red, purple, pink, and white sprinkles. Don't forget the heart shaped sprinkles!
Then place it in a DIY-box or tin with a heart hammer or gravel.
