America is all about ice cream and there's no better way to celebrate than with an ice cream cake! This DIY ice cream sandwich cake is a crowd pleaser.
Things You'll Need:
Red Icing
White Icing
Blue Icing
Red, White, and Blue sprinkles
Fatboy Ice Cream Sandwiches
Aluminium Foil Cooking Tin
How To Make:
In the tin, lay the Fatboy ice cream sandwiches.
Spread a layer of blue icing on top. Optional: add sprinkles.
Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Spread red icing, covering the ice cream sandwiches. Optional: add sprinkles.
Cover with more ice cream sandwiches.
Layer the white icing on top.
Cover with sprinkles.
Put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to let it cool and harden.
Serve and enjoy!
