This creamy Parmesan pasta dish is super easy to make - not just because it's less of a mess with only one pot. It's a healthier take on an Alfredo sauce but with just as much yumminess!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 gloves of olive oil
2 cups of chicken broth
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
8 oz of Penne pasta
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 cup of Parmesan Cheese
How To Make:
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds to a minute.
Add the chicken broth, milk, salt, and half a cup of parmesan cheese.
Let that heat for about 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Once that's heated, add the pasta.
Optional: We like it extra cheesy in our house, so we add more than one cup of cheese. If you like it cheesy too, add another 1/2 cup of Parmesan.
Bring the heat down to a simmer.
Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally, as it will start to turn into a heavy mixture.
Stir in any extra Parmesan cheese.
Once the pasta is cooked, serve and enjoy!
Tip: If you like it extra saucy and creamy, add about a cup more of all the ingredients.
