These corn dog muffin bites are super east to make and are the perfect game day appetizer. Our friends and family love them, they're gone in five minutes! These muffins also make a great snack or meal for the kiddos!
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 large egg
1/3 cup of milk (non-dairy works too)
Pam cooking spray
Mini muffin tin
How To Make:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Make the corn muffin mix according to the package.
Spray Pam onto the mini muffin tin.
Fill up each muffin spot with the corn muffin mixture, about halfway.
Cut up the hot dogs into 3-4 pieces (per hot dog).
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let them cool before removing.
Serve and enjoy!
