This Corn Casserole is sweet, savory, and delicious! Whether it's served as a side, snack, or main dish, or with Thanksgiving dinner everyone will love it!
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 can of Creamed Corn
2 cans of Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
1 cup of Sour Cream
1/2 cup of butter (melted)
Pam cooking spray
Optional: Shredded Cheddar Cheese (we used Mild)
How To Make:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, add the creamed corn.
Then add the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix.
Mix them together.
Then add one can of the whole kernel corn. Mix.
Then add the second can of whole kernel corn. Mix.
Add one cup of sour cream. Mix.
Add the 1/2 cup of butter. Mix.
Add some shredded cheddar cheese. Mix.
Grease your pan with Pam Cooking Spray.
Add the corn mix into your bowl.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, as much as you'd like (but one layer).
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once done, take out of the oven and let cool.
