For prep, you'll want to cook the refried beans until they're warm. Chop up your olives and jalapeño.
Set up your cups for easy pouring.
Once the refried beans are cooked, add a layer to each cup.
Add a layer of sour cream to each cup. Tip: we used a squeezable sour cream for easy pouring.
Then add a spoonful of your favorite salsa.
Sprinkle some cheese on top.
Then add your olives and jalapeños.
Serve and enjoy!
