Build-Your-Own Yogurt Station

Whether you're having guests over, hosting a brunch, or just want a bunch of options, a yogurt station is always the perfect breakfast option!

Yogurt is a universal breakfast food and the food-items that pair well with yogurt are endless. We're sharing how we make our Build-Your-Own Yogurt station and giving some inspiration for how to build yours!

Start with the plates or bowls

We use clear ones so everyone can see the ingredients and yogurt. Whichever bowls you have on deck are perfect! They don't even have to match. If you're hosting a themed-breakfast, then pick plates and bowls that are associated with your colors.

Ingredients

Might we say the ingredients are endless. But of course, your main ingredient is yogurt. Select your favorite brand of yogurt and then select the flavors and type from there. There's whole milk yogurt, goat milk, greek yogurt, coconut milk yogurt, almond milk yogurt, etc. Make sure to have an option for everyone's dietary needs.

From there, select flavors. Of course, you'll want one plain or vanilla flavored yogurt. You'll want to grab a big tub, or more of the plain/vanilla flavored yogurt than the other flavors you'll have. Plain/vanilla are usually more popular than flavored yogurts. Then you can get funky with your flavors like berries, mango, chocolate, etc.

Then we can't forget the toppings! We've used toppings such as: nuts, raspberries, mangos, pineapples, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, banana slices, granola, blueberries, and strawberries.

But you can add whatever you like, such as: chocolate chips, almonds, cashews, blackberries, grapes, oranges, peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter, dates, chia seeds, flax seeds, honey, nutella, pound cake slices, cereal brands like frosted flakes, M&Ms, and so many other options.

Whatever your heart desires feel free to add as your ingredients! There is no bad topping for yogurt.
