No game day party is complete without Buffalo Chicken Dip! We're sharing our favorite recipe that's mess free and is a crowd pleaser!
1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings sauce
1/2 cup of ranch dressing
2 cups of shredded chicken (package bought or home-made)
1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese (or whatever cheese you want)
How To Make:
If you are shredding the chicken yourself, we recommend cooking it in a slow cooker, before making the dip, with some salt and pepper in a bit of chicken stock.
Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add all the ingredients into an oven safe dish. Save a tiny bit of blue cheese on the side.
Mix together all the ingredients so it is evenly distributed.
Cook all the ingredients in the oven at 375 for about 15-20 minutes, or until it's nice and bubbly.
Add the remaining blue cheese on top of the dip.
Serve and enjoy with celery, carrots and your favorite chips!
