Smoothie Packs


Looking for a healthy start to the new year? I always like to start my day with smoothies! I stock my freezer up with ready to go smoothie bags, then place in a blender with some protein powder and Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk. Things You Need:

Things Needed:

Applegate Farms No Sugar Turkey Bacon, Brussel Sprouts, Parchment Lined cookie sheet, EVOO, Salt, Pepper, Balsamic Glaze


How To Make:

  1. Cut the Brussel Sprouts up and lay them on a parchment lined cookie sheet

  3. Add some EVOO, Salt & Pepper

  4. Pop it into a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes

  5. Once cooked, drizzle with balsamic glaze

Things Needed:

How To Make:
