5 Minute Meal: Buffalo Chicken Salad!

Barely have time to breathe today? Don't forget to eat! We're sharing our take on a Buffalo Chicken Salad. And the best part is: it only takes 5 minutes to make, so you can get back to your busy day!




Ingredients:

  • Rotisserie Chicken Breast

  • Primal Kitchen Food's Buffalo Sauce

  • Romaine Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Celery

  • Red Onion

  • Cucumbers

  • Blue Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper


How To Make:

  1. Cut up your rotisserie chicken breast. We shredded it into large pieces with a fork.

  2. In a separate bowl, smother the chicken with Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce. Set aside for now.

  3. Wash and cut your romaine lettuce. Add it into a separate bowl or plate.

  4. Cut your tomatoes. We are all about quick and easy so we used cherry tomatoes and sliced them in half. Once cut, add into the salad.

  5. Wash and chop your celery. Add it into the salad.

  6. Slice your red onion. Add into salad.

  7. Slice the cucumber. Add into the salad.

  8. Grab your buffalo sauce smothered chicken and pop it into the microwave for about 45 seconds. Once done, add it into the salad.

  9. Sprinkle bleu cheese over the salad.

  10. Add a dash of salt and pepper, to taste.

  11. Boom, all done and ready to enjoy!
