5 Minute Meal: Berry Salad

Sometimes the day is so busy you only have 5 minutes to make a lunch or dinner. One of our favorite quick but delicious recipes is our take on a Berry Salad! It's filled with berries, artichokes, and mozzarella - it's delish and perfect for lunch or dinner.





Ingredients:

  • Arugula

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Marinated Mozzarella Balls

  • Marinated Artichokes (we used the jar)

  • Balsamic Vinaigrette


How To Make:

  1. Wash your arugula and berries. Cut your strawberries.

  2. Add those ingredients into a bowl or plate.

  3. Slice your marinated mozzarella balls. If you don't have marinated ones just add a drizzle of good olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Add into the salad.

  4. Then slice your marinated artichokes and add them into the salad.

  5. Drizzle some balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.

  6. Enjoy your delicious and easy 5 minute salad!
